We do not verify, inspect, or guarantee any items listed on the platform. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check items, ask questions, and satisfy yourself before making any purchase.
Vetting People
Before completing any transaction, we strongly recommend that both buyers and sellers thoroughly vet each other. Check profiles, review previous listings, and use our messaging system to communicate directly. For local collection, always meet in a public, well-lit area and consider bringing someone with you. Never share personal financial information through our messaging system.
Insurance
We strongly advise both buyers and sellers to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for items being sold or purchased. For sellers posting items, ensure you use a tracked and insured delivery service. For buyers, consider purchase protection through your payment provider. Loved By Me accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or misrepresented items.
Payment Safety
Payments are arranged directly between buyer and seller. Use secure payment methods that offer buyer protection where possible. Be cautious of unusual payment requests. Never send items before payment has been confirmed and cleared. We recommend using payment methods that provide a record of the transaction.
Seller Guidelines
As a seller, you are responsible for accurately describing your items, including any defects, alterations, or wear. Provide clear photographs from multiple angles. Be honest about the condition, sizing, and brand of items. Respond promptly to buyer enquiries. Package items securely for posting and always use tracked delivery services. Misrepresenting items may result in account suspension.
